Gold Vermeil (gold plated over sterling silver): This gold vermeil is above the industry standard in terms of thickness. With proper care, this piece can last a lifetime. To ensure longevity, please follow these care tips below: If visible dirt, clean gently with water and a cotton ball or very soft cloth. Do not rub anything too abrasive on your piece, as this can ruin the gold plate. Remove when showering, swimming, and working out. Store in soft pouch when not wearing

Sterling Silver: tarnishing over time with sterling silver is normal, and is not reflective of the quality of the jewelry. To remove tarnishing, simply wipe with a polishing cloth to restore to it's shiny state.

10k, 14k, 18k Gold: a high quality metal that can be worn in water and through sweat. However, it is always recommended to store jewelry in a safe and secure place before engaging in such activities.
