SHIPPING POLICY
All July Rose pieces are made-to-order and can take up to 10 weeks (or 12 depending on the product, this is indicated on each product page) for shipment, not including delivery time. If you need your order sooner, email info@julyrosejewelry.com prior to placing your order to see if a rush order can be managed.

Please note that once orders leave our studio, it is out of our hands and we are not liable for anything that occurs in shipment. If you are concerned about your package in shipment, please purchase package insurance at checkout.

Shipping within the U.S. and Canada is a flat rate of $10USD at checkout. Shipping to the rest of the world is $15 USD.

Shipping is available internationally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the handmade-to-order nature of July Rose jewelry, all sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.
